Using Padd

Padd helps you keep notes, a calendar and files in your own Google Drive, and move files between your PC and your Drive. You must have the right to the files you store and follow Google's terms for Google Drive.

Your content

You own your notes and files, and Padd claims no rights to them. They depend on your Google account and its storage, so keep separate backups of anything irreplaceable.

Alarms

Alarms depend on your device, its settings and its connection. Do not rely on Padd for medical or safety-critical reminders.

No warranty

Padd is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Padd is not liable for lost data or indirect damages.

Third parties

Padd is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Drive and Google Calendar are trademarks of Google LLC.
